HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT (Housing, Fire Code, Lawn, etc):

A signed complaint form must be on file with the City before an inspector can respond and, if deemed legitimate, take action.  There are several ways in which to file a complaint.  You may call 363-1910 and speak with an enforcement officer.  Complaint forms are available at the Fire Department Administrative Office or Fire Marshal’s Office.  Complaint forms are also available online. All complaint forms must be signed by the person making the complaint and a phone number provided.  Once the complaint has been investigated and found to be legitimate enforcement actions will be taken.
