Information law reaffirms your right to know how your government
operates. It provides rights of access

The City Clerk is the designated Records Access Officer of the City of Oneida. Within five business days of the receipt of a written request for a record reasonably described, the City must make the record available or deny access in writing, giving reasons for denial. Application forms are available at the City Clerk's Office, printable form available here, or a letter of request is also accepted.
