Tax Assessment Parcel Maps are a visual inventory of real property for assessment purposes. The maps are based on information contained in recorded legal documents. The maps themselves are not intended to, and do not, determine actual property ownership boundaries on the ground.

The City of Oneida Assessor’s office is located on the main level of the Municipal Building at 109 N. Main St.
Our office hours are 8>30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday,
and 8 AM to 3:30 PM on Friday's

The Assessor is responsible for establishing assessments on all real property within the City of Oneida. If you feel our office does not have the most current or accurate information please notify us so changes can be made.

| Total Tax Rate Inside w/Hydrant | 15.28 |
| Total Tax Rate Outside w/Hydrant | 14.45 |
| Total City Inside w/School (2012-2013) | 35.25 |
Obtain the assessment from your local assessor
Divide that assessment by 1,000
Multiply the resultant by the sum of tax rates for that jurisdiction where the property is located
Follow similar process for estimating school taxes.
Note: These rates do not allow for exemptions and are therefore used to calculate full taxable value only. Tax Rates are listed per $1,000 assessed valuation unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions on using these charts, please contact the City Assessor’s office.
